I’m Abby Lyke Hicks, the hands and heart behind Tweetle Dee, where we create barn quilts, embroidery kits, and the paints that bring them to life. Over the years, I've had the joy of connecting with so many of you through our designs, our travels, and the seasonal rhythms that inspire everything we do.

Letters from Tweetle Dee is my place to slow down and share the stories behind the stitches—the inspiration behind each pattern, the meaning behind each color, and the creative moments that bloom quietly in between.

You’ll find reflections from the studio, glimpses of works-in-progress, and peeks into the seasons and traditions that shape our creative life. Think of it as a journal of prairie color and wild beauty, tied together with thread, memory, and a little bit of magic.
